Online Fitness Program
With TotalCoaching, a personal training software, I can design and deliver your fitness plan to your phone, your tablet or your regular computer.
Once you log in, you can access your personal training program complete with descriptions and videos demonstrating the exercises.  You do your workout from the comfort of your home or from wherever you are, record the completed exercices and provide me with instant feedback.
TotalCoaching also offers several other features, including:
  • ability to asses your needs to help design your program;
  • monitoring your progress;
  • logging your nutrition and getting real-time nutritional analysis; and
  • easily communicate with me.

Group Fitness Classes
Group fitness could be the workout routine that will boost your fitness journey - in person or online.
It is a great way to find motivation, add variety to your workout routine, meet new people, build community and have fun.
Whether you’re looking for cardio, strength, or flexibility, I am available to provide teams, groups and organizations serving seniors with fitness classes that meets their needs. 
Zoom fitness classes from the comfort of your home
I lead fitness classes on zoom that are open to anyone wanting to join a 40-minute workout. The workout will engage your body, your heart, your lungs and your mind with upbeat music that will keep you motivated. 
The workouts offer low-impact options, optional use of basic equipment (like resistance bands if), and are led in English, French and body language - just follow along and move your body to your own rythme and style.

About Me

I’m Claude Laroche, a fitness coach dedicated to helping people age well and enjoy their life to the fullest.  
For 30 years, I worked in the public sector with the Federal Government leading change and achieving results through collaborations, skills that proves to be helpful to the rest of my life.  Wanting to make my retirement into the best years of my life, I transformed my career and took a keen interest in health and wellness.
I became a professional coach and acquired knowledge and skills to help people make progress in their lives in order to attain greater fulfillment.  I got certified as a nutrition counsellor and then as a personal fitness trainer.  This new knowledge convinced me that I possess the right combination of knowledge and experience to help other people age well and live their life to their fullest.
I am passionate about the people in my life, my family, my friends, and social networks.  I value a well-balanced healthy lifestyle and I keep physically active.  I am advancing through life with pride, purpose and pleasure, and I am making every breath count.
