Zoom fitness classes from the comfort of your home
I lead fitness classes on zoom that are open to anyone wanting to join a 40-minute workout. The workout will engage your body, your heart, your lungs and your mind with upbeat music that will keep you motivated.
The workouts offer low-impact options, optional use of basic equipment (like resistance bands if), and are led in English, French and body language - just follow along and move your body to your own rythme and style.
